If you have a question about a product I’ve reviewed, want to share your own experience with something I’ve tested, or spotted an error in one of my articles — I want to hear it.

I also genuinely appreciate recommendations. If your cat loves something I haven’t covered yet, tell me. My testing list is built partly from what readers ask about.

What I can't help with

I’m not a vet and I don’t give medical advice. If your cat is unwell, please contact your vet directly. For urgent situations the PDSA and Blue Cross both offer free veterinary advice in the UK.

Brand and PR enquiries

I don’t accept sponsored posts or paid placements. If you’re a brand and want to send a product for testing, read the How I Test Products page first. I test everything the same way regardless of how it arrived. I will include real flaws if I find them. If that works for you, get in touch.

Response time

I typically reply within 2 to 3 days. During periods when one of the cats has a vet appointment — which is more often than I’d like — it might take a little longer.
